As well as Pilates, we also offer Personal Training here at Springfield Pilates. Keith, our resident trainer, specialises in teaching people the basics about fitness, incorporating Pilates, strength training and mobility work into sessions that will enable you to either take your first steps into getting fitter, or learn how to safely perform the moves in most common workout plans.
