Antenatal
Pregnancy is an incredibly special time and our small classes offer a safe and rewarding form of exercise to help you relax, recharge and gently maintain your fitness throughout your pregnancy. All necessary equipment is provided.
As a fully qualified pregnancy and postnatal pilates instructor, and a Mum to an energetic six year old, you can be sure that you will be in safe and very understanding hands.

- Maximum of four mums-to-be per class
- Friendly and relaxing
- For all stages of pregnancy from 16 weeks onwards
